フロントのタブレットで「チェックインする」を押し、以下いずれかの方法でお手続きください。

• お名前で検索 — 予約代表者のお名前を入力
• チェックインID — ご予約後に届く弊社メールに記載されています
• QRコード — 事前チェックインを完了された方のみ（メールで届くQR）

手続き完了後にお部屋番号と鍵番号が表示されますので、写真に撮っておくと便利です。最後にカードリーダーで客室のカードキーをご自身で発行していただきます（複数枚発行可能）。

At the front desk tablet, tap "Check in" and use one of: your name, the check-in ID in your booking email, or the QR code (pre-checked-in guests only). Finally, issue your room key card at the card reader (multiple cards available).

22:00〜6:00 の間は玄関が施錠されます。

チェックイン済みの方：ルームカードキーをエントランスのパネルにタッチするとドアが開きます。

22時以降のチェックイン・カードキーをお忘れの方：エントランスのベルを鳴らしてください。

The entrance is locked from 10 PM to 6 AM.
Already checked in: touch your room key card to the panel at the entrance.
Checking in after 10 PM or forgot your key: please ring the doorbell at the entrance.

予約サイトでお支払い済みの方：ご予約いただいた各サイト（じゃらん・楽天など）からのみ発行可能です。ホテル側での発行はできません。

現地でお支払いの方：客室内のスマートミラー（タブレット）、もしくはスタッフへお問い合わせして申請してください。申請いただいた方のみ、チェックアウト後にメールでお送りします。現地での紙の発行はできません。

OTA bookings: receipt from the booking site only — hotel cannot issue separately. On-site payments: apply via the in-room smart mirror/tablet or by contacting staff. Receipt sent by email after check-out. Paper receipts not available.

荷物のお預かり：1F エントランス右側の セルフクローク を24時間ご利用いただけます。チェックアウト後もご利用可能です。

荷物の事前受取（宿泊前の送付）：事前にフロントへご連絡いただいた場合のみ対応可能です。宛先は「〒377-1711 群馬県吾妻郡草津町草津464-34 B/C HOTEL草津 ◯◯様（ご予約者名）」としてください。事前連絡なし・大型荷物・長期保管はお断りする場合があります。

Luggage storage: self-service cloak room at the right of the 1F entrance, 24 hrs including after check-out.

当施設設備の維持運営のため、宿泊料金とは別に 温泉維持管理費 200円/名（税込） をいただいております。

お支払い方法（クレジットカードのみ）
• 事前払い（推奨）：ご予約の3日前または当日に届くメールのリンクからお手続きいただけます。
• 現地払い：チェックイン時のタブレットに表示されるQRコードをスマホで読み取り、クレジットカードで決済してください。

領収書が必要な方：チェックインカウンターの看板に記載のQRコードから申し込みください。
クレジットカードをお持ちでない方：タブレットのコールボタンを押してスタッフにお知らせください。
※宿泊費を現地でお支払いの方は、まとめてのお支払いも可能です。

Hot spring maintenance fee: ¥200/person (tax incl.), charged separately. Credit card only. Pre-pay via link in the email sent 3 days before / day of arrival (recommended), or pay on-site by scanning the QR code at the check-in tablet. For a receipt, use the QR at the front counter sign. No card? Press the tablet call button.

敷地内に 無料駐車場 を完備しています（24時間・先着順）。指定区画以外への駐車はご遠慮ください（区画外・他施設エリアは駐車不可）。満車の場合は湯畑周辺の有料駐車場をご利用ください（自己負担）。また、湯畑まで 無料送迎バス もご利用いただけます。草津町内の路線バス（有料）もご利用いただけます。

Free on-site parking, 24 hrs, first-come basis. Park in designated spaces only. Paid lots near Yubatake if full. A free shuttle to Yubatake and local paid town buses are also available.

チェックアウトは 10:00まで です。以下の手順で完了します。
① 室内のスマートミラー（タブレット）でチェックアウトボタンを押す
② カードキーをエレベーター前のカードキー返却ボックスに入れる
フロントへの立ち寄りは不要です。

Check-out by 10 AM. ① Tap the check-out button on the in-room smart mirror (tablet). ② Drop your key card into the card key return box in front of the elevator. No front desk visit needed.

In-room: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toner, cleansing oil, lotion, body milk, bath towel, face towel, slippers. Yukata available at the 1F lending rack (free, 24 hrs). 1F amenity bar: razors, cotton swab sets, hairbrush.

無料清掃の回数は宿泊数によって異なります（シーツ交換含む）。 申請方法（3泊以上・無料清掃）：室内のスマートミラー（タブレット）に表示されるQRコードからお申し込みください。

2泊以下の有料清掃：料金はお部屋の種類によって異なります。室内タブレット・お電話・メールにてお問い合わせください。
